Bienvenidos

Travel Chile Insider was founded by Chantel and Rodrigo — a Chilean-American couple who share a love of exploring and over 11 years of experience in the travel and hospitality sector.

Chantel has lived in Chile since 2014, splitting her time between Santiago and the south of Chile, where Patagonia begins. You might find her hanging out of a car window taking amateur landscape photography.

When Rodrigo, a Santiago native, isn’t making furniture from native wood, he’s taken on a new wine-making project, or striking up a conversation through the universal language of the violin.

“After years of welcoming guests to our family-run boutique hotel in Chile’s Lake District and exploring other regions of Chile, we created Travel Chile Insider to share our insights so that you too can visit the most beautiful places in Chile, safely and seamlessly.”
